Crow Holdings Capital-Real Estate will develop a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial park at the southwest intersection of interstates 35 and 20 in Lancaster, Texas. I-35 Logistics Crossing will be comprised of two 610,806-square-foot cross-dock facilities. Construction will begin this month, while completion is scheduled for the first quarter of next year.

Pross Design Group serves as architect, Halff Associates as engineer and FA Peinado is the general contractor. Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin of Cushman & Wakefield will be in charge of leasing the new asset.

“The new buildings will offer unparalleled access to Interstates 35 and 20 and feature state-of-the-art amenities, including 36-foot clear heights, 185-foot truck courts, and abundant trailer storage, which can be fenced and secured,” Griffin said in a prepared statement.

The property will offer direct access to the Dallas-Fort Worth region, UP Intermodal and FedEx Ground facility, as well as to other major Texas markets. Corporate tenants in the area include BMW, Mars Petcare and Ace Hardware.
