Michael Caffey to Oversee CBRE’s Latin America Business

In his new role, Michael Caffey will be responsible for 13 CBRE owned offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Venezuela.

DallasCBRE Group has announced that Michael Caffey, president of the Texas-Oklahoma division, is assuming executive responsibility for the company’s Latin America business. In his role, Caffey also oversees CBRE’s business in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

Caffey will partner with CBRE’s Latin America leaders to drive growth and exceptional client outcomes across business lines. He will be responsible for 13 CBRE owned offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Venezuela. Caffey has led CBRE’s Texas-Oklahoma division since 2011, with responsibility for the strategic direction and performance of all lines of business in the division’s 12 market areas.

With almost 21 years of industry experience, Caffey’s background includes all facets of corporate services, including the development and implementation of transaction, facilities and project management solutions. His experience includes account management, portfolio strategy and market master planning. His transactional experience represents over four million square feet conducted throughout the United States, Canada, Central America and South America.
