Squire Patton Boggs Expand Southwest Region Service Suite with Two New Hires
Former Perkins Coie employees strengthen company's Phoenix office.
Phoenix, Ariz.–Squire Patton Boggs recently announced the expansion of its Phoenix-based global Real Estate Practice. Bart J. Page and Andrew X. Yocopis have joined the company after previously working at Perkins Coie.
Given the wide range of his expertise–including real estate acquisition, development, financing and leasing–Page rejoined the company to aid its expansion in the Southwest and Western regions. As a licensed practitioner in Arizona and Nevada, Page represents homebuilders, developers, investment funds and financial institutions throughout the area. A Weber State University alumn, Bart J. Page also holds a J.D. from the University of Utah. Before he started work in the private sector, Page also clerked for The Honorable Richard C. Howe, Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court.
Andrew X. Yocopis brings experience in representing clients in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate. Formerly a vice-president and branch manager at JP Morgan Chase Bank in Phoenix, Yocopis is the recipient of the UC Berkeley Graduate Diversity Program Award. Holding a B.S., summa cum laude, from Arizona State University, Yocopis also holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
Squire Patton Boggs Managing Partner D. Lewis Clark noted that the two new additions would help the company’s clients “benefit from the full suite of global and real estate services we’re able to deliver.”
