Local firm Fulcrum Development is working on building a mixed-use development that spans over 32 acres in Northwest San Antonio. Landmark Centre is designed to offer a mix of office, retail, and multifamily space, built on top of a hill with 360-degree views through full-height glass windows.
The master-planned community is located at the southeast corner of I-10 and Loop 1604 in one of the most active submarkets in the city.
Landmark One, the Class A office asset and the first component of Landmark Centre, will go up six stories, incorporating more than 160,000 square feet of space. The property will feature a full-service restaurant and café on the first floor, multi-story covered parking, and direct access to the retail segment of the master-planned community.
Construction is slated to start in December 2015 with an opening penned for late 2016. Rents at Landmark One are set at $27 per square foot NNN, reports the San Antonio Business Journal.
