The ConAm Group of Companies will soon lose its CEO Bradley Forrester, who has held the position at the San Diego-based real estate investment and services firm since 2005, recently announced his resignation.

ConAm has not disclosed details regarding the motivation for Forrester’s decision, nor his plans for the future.

Forrester has been a member of the ConAm team since 1994, and had served as executive vice president before taking on the CEO position. Since then, Forrester has had a full plate, overseeing investment, development and operational activities; managing the company’s day-to-day administration; and assisting in maintaining client relationships. He has also worked side-by-side with ConAm Founder and chairman Dan Epstein on outlining the company’s strategic direction.

“Brad has provided outstanding leadership to ConAm during his almost 20 years of service”, Epstein said in a prepared statement. “The ConAm group has grown to be one of the premier providers of real estate services under his guidance.

ConAm has tapped Korn/Ferry International to spearhead the search for a new CEO. Forrester will officially depart at the end of the year.

“I know Brad will be successful in whatever he chooses to do going forward,” said Epstein, who will step into the CEO shoes until a replacement is found.
