Jay Paul Co. Acquires San Fran Transbay Development Site
San Francisco developer Jay Paul Co. has acquired the 181 Fremont St. project, in the city’s Transbay redevelopment area, from SKS Investments and plans to begin construction of the fully entitled, 54-story, 684,000-square-foot mixed-use tower.
