Amanda Bogner is the founder and president of Energy Studio, an Omaha-based company that specializes in helping clients maximize energy efficiency and minimize costs. Bogner is the recipient of the 2018 CREW Network Impact Award for Entrepreneurial Spirit for continuing to grow her business even after deciding to eliminate 40 percent of the company’s revenue in exchange for more fulfilling work. Bogner spoke to CPE about what led her to do this in a candid interview at the 2018 CREW Network Convention in San Diego.
