The 2013 winners of the CPE Distinguished Achievement Awards featured 12 different properties, strategies and transactions spanning the country and featuring a variety of property types. This year’s winners also extended overseas. Write-ups on the first and second place winners in categories including Best Sale (Single Asset and Portfolio), Best Lease, Best Financial Structure, Best Development/Redevelopment and Most Innovative Corporate Strategy appeared in the July 2013 edition of Commercial Property Executive.
