Most suites have incredible views of Lake Union with all the wildlife, boats, parasailing, and water activities that make the lake so appealing. The Westlake Trail is right outside your door, should you want to take a quick walk, or jog, to the Wooden Boat Center or South Lake Union businesses. The trail makes biking to and from work very easy. Parking is plentiful. 

Rents start at $875/month for a 357 SF suite. This includes all costs, even janitorial. Your only expense would be internet. Several suites range in size from 400 SF to 1054 SF. For those suites, rents start around $1000/month and go to a bit over $2000/month.
