Ocean Lakes Village is a master-planned redevelopment with lease and ground lease options on the Northwest corner of Highway 544 and Highway 17 Business in Myrtle Beach’s “campground” area. Ocean Lakes Village is being developed by the Jackson Companies who owns and operates Ocean Lakes Family Campground which is directly across from the site. Various size parcels within the property are available for ground lease and build-to-suit for retailers and restaurants. Phase I of Ocean Lakes Village includes Walgreens and other retail or restaurant parcels which are development-ready for restaurant and retail use. Phase II of Ocean Lakes Village includes Walmart Neighborhood Market on Parcel G, Duck Donuts, DiCarlo's, Vogue Nail & Spa and All in Good Spirits on Parcel F, and additional parcels for retail and restaurant use. In-line tenants will have signage on three common pylon signs. Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Lakewood Campground, Pirateland Campground and Myrtle Beach Vacation Resort are the destination for approximately 60,000 visitors per week from June through August and roughly half that amount in April, May and September through mid-October.
