The owner desires a restaurant/ catering firm to elase the restaurant/grill and catering/banquet space for a minimum of five (5) years with options for renewal. The catering/restaurant/grill is to provide food services for golfers, the public, special outings, and group hospitality type events. The Lessee will be expected to maintain, in excellent condition, all of the existing new dining and banquet tables, chairs, and movable restaurant equipment such as tableware, catering carts, kitchen supplies, dishes, silverware, etc. The club will furnish basic fixed kitchen equipment.
