Additionally, there is ongoing development activity along Green Bay Road, just to the northeast of the Property, with the construction of a 161-unit, five story luxury apartment building that was approved in August 2019. The project will feature a glass atrium with views of Sunset Woods Park, enclosed on-site parking, a green roof, and other modern amenities that will attract additional population within walking distance of the Property. The immediate market also features a strong retail presence, with national users including Walgreens, BMO Harris Bank, Chase Bank, USPS, UPS Store, Starbucks, Chipotle, Potbelly, Jimmy Johns, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Dairy Queen, and McDonald’s. The area is also home to long-time staples with restaurants such as Walker Brothers, Michaels Red Hots, and Once Upon A Bagel as well as a variety of high-end boutiques, local retailers, and office users.
