The Cascades has full-time property management on-site, two full-time engineers and full-time day porter on-site. The Cascades has been the recipient of the Building Owners and Managers Association "Building of the Year" Award twice, and also the commercial landscaping award for all commercial buildings in Arapahoe County. In addition, there are over 70 restaurants, 9 banks and 9 hotels within a 1-mile radius.
