Dominion Plaza offers tenants spectacular views of the mountains, as well as, 17th Street corridors. 24-hour, 7 day/week coverage is provided. An on-duty guard is stationed at the lobby security desk while additional roving guards are available on evenings and weekends. Building hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday-Friday. 13 passenger elevators and 3 freight elevators serve Dominion Plaza. HVAC hours of operation: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Saturday HVAC is available upon request. 275 spaces are conveniently located in a three-level garage directly under the building. In addition 26 spaces are available on a surface lot on the west side of the Dominion Plaza.
