The East Bay suburb of Dublin, Calif., will soon welcome a new, 18,000-square-foot coworking space from Serendipity Labs. Scheduled to open this month, the location at 6200 Village Parkway is the latest addition to a growing roster from the coworking operator, which was founded in 2011 in Rye, N.Y.

Featuring private offices and customizable suites, the flexible office space provides for both the individual, as well as for teams up to 50 people. Members here are offered a selection of working environments, from private phone booths and meeting rooms to event space and a wellness room. There will also be an on-site hospitality team, as well as a kitchen area stocked with snacks and refreshments.

Located in a newly renovated building and with the advantage of on-site parking, the coworking space lies at the intersection of interstates 580 and 680. And, for easy access to San Francisco, as well as the rest of the Bay Area, the Dublin-Pleasanton BART station is less than two miles away. What’s more, the local area also boasts a selection of restaurants, shopping, and farmer markets’, as well as golf courses and hiking trails nearby.

Already this year, Serendipity Labs has also opened the doors to sites in Plano, Texas, and Summerville, S.C., along with the announcement of an upcoming space in Grand Central, N.Y. This flurry of activity brings Serendipity’s total roster to 28 sites across 14 U.S. states. And, late last year, the coworking space provider went global, bringing its unique, upscale, flexible office footprint to Manchester in the UK.
