Once received, please follow the directions and prompts within that email to gain entrance to the space and turn your phone into a Brick & Mortar key card. If you have been to the space before, once the new booking email is received, and you still have the access app on your phone, you are good to go!

To use the app for access, simply hover your phone over the Kisi reader outside the locked door to unlock or open the app and touch the "lock" symbol to the door you wish to unlock. Either way, you will hear a click and see the reader turn green when the door unlocks.
