-The Brick & Mortar Team Our space is electronic access only. Electronic access will be sent via email (check spam!) from "Kisi." Once received, please follow the directions and prompts within that email to gain entrance to the space and turn your phone into a Brick & Mortar key card. If you have been to the space before, once the new booking email is received, and you still have the access app on your phone, you are good to go!

*Best Practice* To ensure your electronic access is received prior to arrival, book your day pass at least 30 minutes in advance. Friendly tip to enable bluetooth and location services too!

To use the app for access, simply hover your phone over the Kisi reader outside the locked door to unlock or open the app and touch the "lock" symbol to the door you wish to unlock. Either way, you will hear a click and see the reader turn green when the door unlocks.
