Many of the office suites feature original wood floors, trim, and high ceilings, and offer beautiful city and Puget Sound views.
Office spaces range from 130 sq/ft to 465 sq/ft. The building is home to many other professionals and is surrounded by plenty of anchor businesses.
The on-site management team handles day to day operations, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for tenants.
