Your guests will be greeted by a sleek and professional lobby. Office is being offered fully furnished (see photos), is private (locking door) and has excellent natural light. A shared common area outside the office offers plenty of space for your guests to wait. Electricity is included in the monthly rent. Sub-lease tenant is responsible for their own Internet/phone/Wi-Fi service. The building is cleaned weekly but trash from within the suite must removed by the tenants as necessary (dumpster is located in the parking lot of the building). 24-hour security cameras on premesis and the doors to the building are on an automatic timer, unlocking at 7am and locking at 5pm. Tenants have access after hours.
Required: Valid business license and valid general liability insurance (proof of both required before sub-lease agrement is signed).
Monthly rent is $1,000. First month rent will be prorated based upon the date on which the sub-lease tenant takes occupancy. Sub-lease is being offered for the remainder of 2026 with the option to renew at the end of the year (a 3% increase in rent will be applied upon renewal).
