This is a great gig for a smaller business that doesn't want to commit to a larger space when they only need 500 sq feet or so. As well as someone more established looking for up to 3000sqft.
There is power available. We installed brand new led lights that are very bright but unfortunately the power was off while I took these photos. We are open to lots of types of work or storage. There is one large roll up door if large items needs to be brought in. There are 2 bathrooms on site available for tenants.
