The site is just outside of the town limits and near various mixed use residential and commercial properties. The commercial improvements are predominantly located along the highway. Aiken has been one of SC’s high growth areas due to various appeal of the general market area. This site is approximately 5.4 miles to I-20 and approximately 2 miles to Downtown Aiken. This site has very little topography and sits on the corner of Columbia Hwy (Hwy 1) and May Royal Drive (Hwy 495).
