Cove Haven Resort‘s proximity to Interstate 84 and the Delaware River enables the Property to capture demand from all of the New Jersey / New York / Pennsylvania Metropolitan markets. The Property has shoreline access to Lake Wallenpaupack, Pennsylvania’s largest manmade lake. The lake is 13.5 miles long with 52 miles of shoreline. There are six recreation areas featuring hundreds of acres of forest lands, wildlife, walking trails, campsites and boat slips. Since 1985, the amount of boat slips on Lake Wallenpaupack has increased 250 percent, with demand outpacing supply.
