The site is located on the north side of West Main Street, immediately west of its intersection with State Highway 2. This is an area located in the western portion of Wilburton’s original townsite and in the Wilburton Public School District. The site is improved with a multi-building, limited-service lodging facility that contains a total of approximately 9,358 square feet of gross building area. The development indicates a site coverage of 10.5 percent and a land-to-building ratio of 9.5:1. There are approximately 40 parking spaces onsite, indicating a parking ratio of 1.5 spaces per room.
