Other tenants include CVS, KeyBank, Ferrari’s Pizza Bar, Verizon, Geico, Once Upon a Child, DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines, and BayTowne Wine & Spirits. Tenants in adjacent properties include Wegman’s and AMC Movie Theater, the # 1 theater in Rochester. BayTowne completed an expansion and renovation in 2013 with the introduction of the Street of Shoppes, creating a shopping experience with a pedestrian-friendly shopping district and upscale dining and retail. The second phase of renovations included new exterior finishes and façade improvements throughout the shopping center and the new Walmart Supercenter in 2016.  As up to 57,000 square feet of future pad opportunities are developed, the BayTowne Plaza will grow to more than 500,000 square feet.
