The operation is almost entirely turn-key, as the kitchen is fully equipped with hoods, grease traps, walk-in coolers, and freezers. The equipment list includes fryers, stove tops, griddles, and more. The extensive dining rooms are also turnkey and fully equipped. This includes very attractive real wood plank tables, chairs, booths, a hostess stand, and a salad bar. The Site layout starts with an extremely large and abundant parking lot. The front facade includes double-entry doors with large retail windows on each side. The double doors lead into the main, generous dining room. This section has a salad bar, a server station, and the ADA restrooms. There is a slightly separate dining room on the left side. Both dining rooms have inviting rustic tables and chairs left over from the previous restaurant. As mentioned, the kitchen has two hoods with a full line of cooking equipment. The back of the house also has a cold prep station, dish pit room, dry storage, server's station, employee restroom, and office with a liquor room.
