Originally developed in 1987, this location has served as the premier dry storage marina and boat sales operation for Stuart and Martin County. The marina is situated less than 6 miles from St. Lucie Inlet with no bridges and no speed restrictions, making this an ideal location for area boaters who demand quick access to the offshore waters located off Southeast Florida. The barn is situated on 4.2 acres of fee simple property and is currently racked to store 184+/- vessels up to 30' LOA. Outside racks and lift slips are capable of storing larger vessels bringing the total current slip count to 312+/-. In 2005 an adjacent parcel was acquired adding another half acre which squared off the property. This gives way for expansion of the existing barn. This section of the property is currently being used for ground storage and display of dealership inventory. Expansion of the barn to the west will increase inside rack storage capacity and allow commercial space for a dealership showroom that fronts the main road.
