The site offers an excellent location on El Camino Real commercial corridor. It is just 8 minutes drive to San Francisco International Airport (SFO), one of the busiest airports in the United States. The subject property is in proximity to Highway 101 and Interstate 280, connecting it with San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and the South Bay. It also has quick access to various public transit services. SamTrans bus stop is one block away from the site. Caltrain and BART stations are within a short 5 minute drive.
