Paved road and Route 66 goes through property. Aka National Trails Hwy. Easement for such as well. Great for signage. ; "I believe I purchased this property in the early 2000s. Should be documented on tax records. At the time I had a plat map and lived in Las Vegas for a short time. I visited the land to confirm it had Route 66 frontage running parallel to Interstate 40 before I purchased it. My original plan was to install billboards with solar-powered lights. After researching options, the most practical and inexpensive approach was to park old, unused semi-trailers on the land (which was permissible then) and drape banners on their sides. My nephew planned to operate this as a business, but sadly he passed away before the plan was implemented.
