Situated across from landmark locations such as the Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Convention Center, the project was initiated in 2015 but encountered setbacks, including construction halts in 2019 amid financial and geopolitical tensions.

Approximately $1.1 billion has been invested in the project thus far and an additional +/-$800 million is estimated to be needed for completion.  Once complete Oceanwide Plaza will be comprised of three towers designed to house a Park Hyatt hotel, serviced residences, and luxury condominiums, multifamily towers, enhanced by expansive retail space, private parks and +/-57,000sf of LED signage.
