The landlord would prefer to lease all spaces to one tenant but would consider leasing the units separately. Tenants pay base rent plus water, sewer, and a CAM charge. The business park is the newest and most desirable commercial facility in the area. The property is in Lakeport (The County Seat) and is close to Highway 29 with very easy access. The property also has great exposure to Highway 29 and Bevins Street. There is adequate parking and has space and easy access for large trucks to enter and maneuver.
