This rural land is located within the San Gorgonio River Basin between San Gorgonio and the San Jacinto Mountain watersheds. The property has good access to Interstate 10 and is very near the Arrowhead Bottling facility. It is also around 20 minutes away from Palm Springs, and approximately 40 minutes away from Joshua Tree.
