Poinsett Farms

From Trumann on AR Hwy 69 west to Shady Grove lane then south 1 mileIrrigated Poinsett County Arkansas , Rice, Cotton, Corn and Soybean Farm. This is a 80+/- deeded acers, 75+/- tillable acres with 1/4 mile of county road frontage and single phase electricity from Craighead Electric CO-OP. This tract over the years has produced all of the above mentioned crops, Rice, Cotton, Soybean and Corn. The location of this farm is know for having very good water supply with high outputs of water velocities because of the very shallow water tables. The underground water Aquaphor's water tables are documented with the USGS with ranges of 9' to 10' below the ground service level. We also have a great climate and growing season for our Rice, Cotton , Soybean and Corn crops which allows some of our farmers to document high crop yields. Some farms in very close proximity have Cotton averages of 1,500 lbs+ and Soybean averages of 77 bushels per acre. The current irrigation practices are water furrow and flood which lets us know that the farm is very close to grade level, but for the farm to be to be to an absolute grade does need dirt pan work. The well is a 16" well casing with a { 12 - 10 pump I am not 100% ) and 10" discharge. I have attached soil maps and information in the photos.
