There appears to be no restriction on the size of the hotel suites that can be built on the site and could creates the potential for 145 one-bedroom, long-term stay, units. Rezoning application to allow the land use for Highway Corridor multi-family development was initialed but put on hold. A 2020 Appraisal by Colliers international states that the land-value would increase to $7.8M should this rezoning be permitted.
