McShane Medical Properties has been awarded the management and leasing assignment for Nationwide Health Properties, a portfolio containing a total of 380,000 square feet across 12 buildings throughout suburban Chicago. The properties include three acute care facilities, traditional medical office buildings, an imaging center and two athletic\/fitness centers, containing a total of more than 100 tenants, all affiliated with Advocate Condell healthcare system.<\/p>\n
