David Monahan has joined U.K-based international real estate advisor Savills as a senior vice president in the firm\u2019s New York City office. In his new role, Monahan will focus on retail and office sales transactions. Before joining Savills, Monahan served as managing director for DTZ Rockwood, where he arranged some $5 billion of equity real estate deals, and, most recently, with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, where he served with the investment sales group.\u00a0<\/p>\n
