The deal marks the largest known industrial park sale in the entire market by square footage and acreage, according to Stream Realty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Texas Development Co. sold the assemblage in a deal arranged by Stream Realty Partners. Partners Real Estate represented the buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of the park\u2019s buildings features at least one bridge crane and eave heights ranging between 31 and 41 feet. Partners Real Estate Travis Land worked on behalf of the buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-houston-investment-clusters-in-the-northwest\">Houston investment clusters in the northwest <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Houston industrial investors traded 11.1 million square feet of product during 2026\u2019s third quarter, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/partnersrealestate.com\/research\/houston-industrial-q3-2026-quarterly-market-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">report by Partners<\/a>. The volume softened just 1.4 percent compared to the trailing four-quarter average. Most active submarkets included the northwest (39 percent of activity) and the north (29 percent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A significant portion of the northwest investment clustered around the U.S. 290 and Sam Houston Tollway corridors, while the north deals favored the Interstate 45 corridor. I-45 drew the third quarter\u2019s largest deal when Equus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/indus-acquires-757-ksf-logistics-park-in-houston\/\">divested Park 845 Crossing<\/a>, a 757,000-square-foot park.
