Scheduled to begin its activity in December, the location will mark the provider\u2019s tenth coworking location across the Metroplex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Venture X Flower Mound will feature 90 private offices, as well as conference rooms, caf\u00e9 and lounge areas and an event room meant for seminars and community gatherings. Namely, in September, Venture X made its plans known for a 22,218-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/venture-x-to-open-flex-office-in-atlanta\/\">flex office at Regions Plaza<\/a>, in Atlanta. One month prior, the flex office provider announced its plans to open a 20,000-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/venture-x-adds-miami-area-coworking-space\/\">coworking space at Grover Corlew\u2019s Mayla Pompano<\/a> in early 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since coworking has become an established subsector of the U.S. office market, secondary metros began gaining ground when it came to the sector&#8217;s expansion. April 2026 saw more than 9,200 flex office locations across the U.S., totaling 165 million square feet, or accounting for 2.3 percent of total office inventory. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/top-10-secondary-coworking-markets\/\">Coworking demand across secondary markets<\/a> is increasingly driven by accessibility, affordability and proximity to residential areas, proving a convenient solution for both corporate teams and local professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-closer-look-at-center-place-i\">A closer look at Center Place I<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dubbed Center Place I, the three-story, 45,778-square-foot building at 3101 Churchill Drive debuted in 1998 and currently serves as a medical office facility. Its tenant roster includes R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics and Academy of Aesthetics and Laser, according to Yardi Matrix information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Center Place I is 12 miles north of DFW International Airport and across the road from Flower Mound Town Center and Riverwalk Market shopping centers. The closest Venture X location is 7 miles south, at 2451 W. Grapevine Mills Circle, in Grapevine, Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of the third quarter of this year, Dallas-Fort Worth&#8217;s market encompassed 344 coworking locations, amounting to almost 7 million square feet of space, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coworkingcafe.com\/blog\/national-coworking-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recent report by CoworkingCafe<\/a>. In terms of space, the Metroplex&#8217;s figure surpassed those recorded by Atlanta (5.9 million square feet) and Washington, D.C.
