RealtyLink sold the property for an undisclosed amount.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crossroads at Terrell sits on 29 acres at Interstate 20 and Spur 557, 30 miles east of Dallas. It was built between 2019 and 2024 and features a diverse roster of national tenants, including Academy Sports + Outdoors, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Bealls, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, Ulta Beauty, Five Below and Buffalo Wild Wings. The center is also adjacent to a Buc-ee\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YPI Co-Managing Partners Kathy Permenter and Moody Younger represented the buyers. The 375,000-square-foot retail collection comprises Presidio Towne Crossing, Tehama Towne Crossing and Vista Ridge shopping centers. They are fully leased and shadow-anchored by Target and Costco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dallas\u2013Fort Worth retail market saw positive net absorption, 5.4 percent vacancy and almost unchanged leasing activity in the third quarter, according to a new report from Partners Real Estate. Net absorption for the quarter was nearly 1.4 million square feet, up from 1.0 million in the second quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliveries totaled about 1.6 million square feet, with 7.2 million under construction.
