This latest stage will feature the ground-up construction of a 177-key hotel and a 250,000-square-foot recreation center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Completion is expected in late 2027 for the Premier-designed project. Additionally, Advent and PMY Group will provide tech, data and creative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dubbed the Hylo Park field house, the 250,000-square-foot venue will include an on-site sports academy set to measure 40,000 square feet, as well as multiple basketball courts and a configurable indoor football field. Earlier plans also incorporated medical office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora acquired the 73-acre site for Hylo Park in 2023 for $58.4 million, demolishing the former Texas Station and Fiesta Rancho casinos. One year later, the company sold 37 acres to Lennar, the developer behind Hylo Park\u2019s first phase, which consists of a 393-unit, for-sale neighborhood currently under construction. The second phase, a 90,750-square-foot retail property, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/agora-delivers-retail-at-375m-mixed-use-vegas-project\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/agora-delivers-retail-at-375m-mixed-use-vegas-project\/\">debuted this August<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-agora-s-deep-commitment-to-north-las-vegas\">Agora&#8217;s deep commitment to North Las Vegas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Located at the corner of Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard, Hylo Park\u2019s construction site is near the North Las Vegas Airport. The central business district is about 5 miles away, where Agora and the city of North Las Vegas teamed up for the $205 million Downtown Redevelopment Project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similar to Hylo Park, the other development includes both ground-up construction and the transformation of existing structures For instance, Fiesta Plaza, a 200,000-square-foot shopping center, received significant upgrades, while the new construction included a medical office building, the area\u2019s first since 1973.
