See below our selection of the most recent commercial real estate transactions for Austin, Dallas, Houston and other markets in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-texas\">Texas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LCN Capital Partners<\/strong> has sold a five-property retail portfolio to <strong>PlaceMKR<\/strong> for $31.9 million. The 534,000-square-foot collection includes three Texas properties in the Dallas, San Antonio and McAllen markets and one each in Mississippi and Ohio. <strong>Northmarq<\/strong> brokered the sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-austin\">Austin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A joint venture of <strong>Palmatum Ventures<\/strong>, <strong>AQUILA<\/strong> and <strong>Glendon Capital Management<\/strong> has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/kbs-sells-austin-office-tower\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/kbs-sells-austin-office-tower\/\">acquired 515 Congress<\/a>, a 267,956-square-foot office tower in downtown Austin, from <strong>KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III<\/strong>. <strong>JLL<\/strong> represented the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dallas\">Dallas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Midas Investments<\/strong> and <strong>GC Land Partners<\/strong> have acquired 102 acres in Pilot Point, Texas, from <strong>Gene McCutchin LTD III<\/strong> for a planned mixed-use development. <strong>Younger Partners<\/strong> represented the seller, while <strong>Rex Real Estate<\/strong> represented the buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scannell Properties<\/strong> has sold Denton Crossing, a 701,123-square-foot industrial portfolio in Denton, Texas, to <strong>NorthPoint Development<\/strong>. <strong>Cushman &amp; Wakefield<\/strong> arranged the transaction for the seller; the two-building property was 90 percent leased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Invesco Real Estate<\/strong> has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.multihousingnews.com\/invesco-buys-dallas-area-btr-community\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.multihousingnews.com\/invesco-buys-dallas-area-btr-community\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">purchased Horizon at Premier<\/a>, a 122-unit built-to-rent community in Plano, Texas. <strong>Institutional Property Advisors<\/strong> procured the buyer and represented the seller of the 2017-built property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buchanan Capital Partners<\/strong> has acquired Churchill Tower, a 277,268-square-foot office tower in Dallas. The 12-story property, renovated in 2025, was 93 percent leased to about 50 tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-houston\">Houston<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fat Property<\/strong> has bought 220 and 230 West Alabama, a 131-unit multifamily portfolio in Houston, from an affiliate of <strong>Realty Center Management<\/strong>. <strong>Berkadia<\/strong> represented the seller in the off-market transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lincoln<\/strong> and <strong>New York Life Investment Management<\/strong> have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/lincoln-jv-buys-houston-mall-plans-150m-industrial-makeover\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/lincoln-jv-buys-houston-mall-plans-150m-industrial-makeover\/\">acquired the former Greenspoint Mall<\/a> site in Houston for CityNorth Industrial Park, a planned $150 million industrial redevelopment spanning 1.2 million square feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leifer Properties<\/strong> and <strong>Endeavor Capital<\/strong> have purchased a fully occupied, 36,000-square-foot industrial campus in Houston, marking the partners&#8217; first deal in the market.
