King Kullen Grocery Co. was the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LMXD partnered with BedRock Real Estate Partners on the acquisition and secured a $250 million construction loan. New York Life Insurance Co. originated the debt, in a deal arranged by JLL. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The retail property at the South Astoria site originally came online in 1984. The new owners are planning a 560-unit mixed-income housing development on the site, <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2026\/08\/lmxd-bedrock-250m-loan-35-10-steinway-street-astoria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">according to <em>Commercial Observer<\/em><\/a>, slated for completion by 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/164699\/1150-Broadway-Brooklyn-NY-11221\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1150 Broadway<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/164700\/1164-Broadway-Brooklyn-NY-11221\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1164 Broadway, Brooklyn<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sale Price: $23.5 million<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YS Developers and Rabsky Group have acquired two shopping centers in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of the borough from A-PLUS International Realty. JLL arranged the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal includes a 10,435-square-foot property at 1500 Broadway and a 4,240-square-foot second building at 1164 Broadway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The site is zoned for a mixed-use residential building and offers up to 133,917 square feet of as-of-right zoning floor area, under the City of Yes for Housing Opportunity program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/716141\/212-20-Northern-Blvd-Queens-NY-11361\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">213-04 Northern Blvd., Queens<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sale Price: $23.5 million<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First Pioneer Properties and ABS Real Estate have purchased a 24,000-square-foot building in Bayside, N.Y., from an entity affiliated with Levy Properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ownership secured a $10.5 million financing package spread across two loans from Ameritas Life Insurance Co.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 1996-built single-story retail property includes 74,351 square feet of additional buildable rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/786\/317-Broadway-New-York-NY-10007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">317 Broadway, Manhattan<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sale Price: $14 million<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A private investor has purchased a 7,692-square-foot retail property from United American Land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The one-story building is in TriBeCa and dates back to 1982. It was occupied by McDonald\u2019s, which vacated it in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Savris Holding originated a $36 million financing package, including an acquisition loan, a senior note and a project mortgage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property-Report\/?propkey=494401\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">71-02 Kissena Blvd., Queens<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sale Price: $12.6 million<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A single-story property totaling 18,826 square feet in Flushing, N.Y., changed hands between two private investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer secured a $9.2 million loan from Visions Federal Credit Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dating back to 1953, the building is part of the Kew Gardens Hills neighborhood and has 15,525 square feet of additional buildable space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property-Report\/?propkey=150238045\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">75 Kenmare St., #COMM A<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property-Report\/?propkey=150238046\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">#COMM B, Manhattan<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sale Price: $11.8 million<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infinity Real Estate has acquired a pair of retail units totaling 10,029 square feet at 75 Kenmare St., a condominium building in Manhattan\u2019s Nolita. The seller is a private entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer purchased the space in partnership with KB Realty Partners, <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2026\/07\/soho-infinity-kb-realty-retail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">according <em>to Commercial Observer<\/em><\/a>.
