Bank of America issued the loan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The park includes 24 suites ranging between 9,860 and 29,800 square feet. Alameda Business Centre debuted between 1978 and 1979. Sterling Industrial President Arnie Blumberg has provided listing broker services for the property since then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located on nearly 19 acres at 2501 S. Alameda St., the park is roughly 4 miles south of downtown Los Angeles and less than 1 mile from Interstate 10.
