The investment is part of an ongoing joint venture relationship between Woodside Health and Heitman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The property\u2019s previous owner was AEW Capital Management, according to Yardi Matrix. AEW acquired the property in 2021 from PrimeMed Realty. The campus was completed in 2017 and is rated Class B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Woodside Health spokesperson declined to disclose the transaction\u2019s dollar value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ ALSO: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/how-woodside-health-approaches-medical-outpatient-in-2026\/\">How Woodside Health Approaches Medical Outpatient in 2026<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The 4-acre campus is located at 10920\u201310962 Moss Park in the Lake Nona submarket. It&#8217;s 84 percent leased to various health-care providers, including AdventHealth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Woodside has picked up several medical office assets nationwide over the past year. In May, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/woodside-health-buys-research-triangle-mob\/\">Woodside acquired<\/a> the 40,000-square-foot Building 400 at Meadowmont Crossing, in Chapel Hill, N.C., from SITE Centers.
