The agreement combines JLL\u2019s Work Dynamics and Leasing Advisory capabilities in an integrated account structure that will deliver client service across regions and business lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other JLL teams providing services will include Valuation and Risk Advisory, wider Portfolio services and the firm\u2019s technology division, JLL Technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ ALSO: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/industrial-report-data-center-backlash-tests-development-boom\/\">August 2026 National Industrial Report<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>The firm\u2019s proprietary technology platform, which includes AI-powered analytics and data visualization tools, will provide Nestl\u00e9 with intelligence to support decision-making for its global properties. The tools will include JLL Azara, an AI-powered data analysis application designed to transform how business leaders interact with corporate real estate and facilities management data, and Horizon, JLL\u2019s proprietary AI platform that combines public and non-public market intelligence to identify investment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JLL noted that companies are increasingly moving from fixed, long-term real estate commitments to more agile portfolios that can flex across asset types to more easily meet changing organizational goals. Providing integrated data is a key to this strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The global account team for Nestl\u00e9 will include Managing Director Iain Franklin and Director Louise Humpish of JLL Work Dynamics, both based in London. Leasing Advisory\u2019s Vice Chairman Jim Panczykowski, based in the Northeast, will continue his role as relationship executive. The team will provide unified coordination across regions and service lines, with a particular focus on supporting Nestl\u00e9\u2019s industrial and special asset portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the U.S., one of Nestl\u00e9\u2019s newest properties is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/nestle-opens-675m-manufacturing-facility\/\">630,000-square-foot beverage factory<\/a> and distribution center that opened in January 2025 in Glendale, Ariz. The company broke ground on the $675 million, 139-acre project in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-more-jll-global-real-estate-contracts\">More JLL global real estate contracts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nestl\u00e9 assignment comes several months after aircraft manufacturer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/jll-tapped-by-airbus-to-manage-4-3-msf-u-s-portfolio\/\">Airbus chose JLL<\/a> to provide facilities management services for its 4.3 million-square-foot U.S. real estate portfolio, including its Herndon, Va., corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities. That contract, announced in May, more than doubled the square footage JLL manages for Airbus. Services include HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance services. The deal added services for the 3.1 million-square-foot, 30-building manufacturing campus in Mobile, Ala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Late last year, JLL\u2019s Aviation group was selected to handle facility maintenance services for the $9.5 billion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/jll-to-oversee-facility-operations-at-jfks-new-international-terminal\/\">New Terminal One at JFK International Airport<\/a> in New York City. The 2.6 million-square-foot terminal is opening in phases with completion slated for 2030. The Aviation group is maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire life safety and other essential technical services.
