While some markets are showing clearer signs of momentum, others are still grappling with tighter credit conditions, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/why-cre-fundamentals-outlast-geopolitics\/\">geopolitical uncertainty<\/a> and sharp differences between prime and secondary assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this episode of <em>RICS Monitor<\/em>, CPE\u2019s quarterly podcast series tracking global real estate sentiment, Executive Editor Laura Valean speaks with Tarrant Parsons, head of market analytics at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in London, about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rics.org\/news-insights\/market-surveys\/global-commercial-property-monitors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">latest RICS surveys<\/a> and what they reveal about the state of the CRE market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>North America stands out, with both the U.S. and Canada posting stronger results.
