Development costs total $24.3 million, according to filings at the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work is slated to kick off this month, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2027. Angler Construction serves as general contractor and Powers Brown Architecture as architect. Adkisson Group plans to build 11 warehouses ranging between 25,000 and 150,000 square feet inside North Houston Commerce Park. Construction is likewise expected to kick off this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-speculative-industrial-development-thrives-in-houston\">Speculative industrial development thrives in Houston<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This development activity reflects <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/port-proximity-driving-houston-spec-industrial\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/port-proximity-driving-houston-spec-industrial\/\">Houston\u2019s heightened speculative industrial construction<\/a>, driven by its strong port activity.
