Column spacing is primarily 30 by 63 feet. The property also includes approximately 360 parking spaces, along with trailer parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-older-industrial-assets-gain-traction\">Older industrial assets gain traction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aging industrial properties are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/older-industrial-campuses-gain-new-relevance\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/older-industrial-campuses-gain-new-relevance\/\">attracting more investor interest<\/a> due to their existing infrastructure, functional layouts and proximity to established business corridors. With acquisition and construction costs still elevated, buying an older asset at a significant discount can be an attractive alternative, as recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/whats-next-for-industrial-real-estate\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/whats-next-for-industrial-real-estate\/\">industrial market trends <\/a>show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pricing gap with Class A properties, however, must be wide enough to cover capital improvements, lease-up risk and lower rents.
