Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey arranged the deal on behalf of the tenant, while Lee &amp; Associates represented the landlord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marking an expansion for Amazing Savings, the location will enable the firm to service the entire Tri-State area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/new-jersey-industrial-market-update\/\">New Jersey&#8217;s industrial market<\/a> witnessed a 6.2 percent vacancy rate as of May, the smallest in the U.S., according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/industrial-report-usmca-delay-clouds-supply-chain-planning\/\">Yardi Matrix report<\/a>. The national average clocked in at 8.8 percent that month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-closer-look-at-spring-brook-commerce-center\">A closer look at Spring Brook Commerce Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spring Brook Commerce Center is a 393,335-square-foot\u00a0warehouse at 128 Iron Mountain Road. Midtown Manhattan is 43 miles southeast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RRNNJ Principals Tom Consiglio and Scott Peck represented Amazing Savings in the lease deal.
