MDH Partners has acquired three industrial buildings totaling 557,100 square feet in Lakeland, Fla. Stonemont Financial Group sold the collection for $67.7 million, in a transaction brokered by JLL Capital Markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assets are part of Lakeland Commercial Center, a 90-acre campus close to the interchange between Interstate 4, U.S. Route 92 and Florida State Route 570, some 30 miles northeast of downtown Tampa, Fla. Lakeland Linder International Airport is 4 miles east.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JLL Managing Director Cody Brais, Senior Managing Directors John Huguenard and Luis Castillo, Associate Taylor Osborne, together with Analysts David Orta Jr. and Mia Gian, led the team that arranged the deal on behalf of the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
