The structures will offer speculative space as well as build-to-suit opportunities for advanced manufacturing, logistics, and high-power operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>READ ALSO: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/industrial-report-usmca-delay-clouds-supply-chain-planning\/\">June 2026 National Industrial Report<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Major infrastructure work is already underway at the site, including primary arterial roadways that will serve future building pads. Planned utility improvements are designed to support a broad range of industrial uses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is part of NewQuest\u2019s 544-acre Seguin Exchange, a mixed-use project that will include retail, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, medical, multifamily and industrial uses. The shopping center anchoring the project will total more than 750,000 square feet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The industrial development will be at the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Texas State Highway 46.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cavender &amp; Hill Senior Vice President Ty Bragg, Vice President Lee Jordan and Associate Ford Douglass are leading the leasing effort for\u00a0Seguin Exchange Commerce Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-san-antonio-sees-manufacturing-expansion\">San Antonio sees manufacturing expansion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguin is a northwest&nbsp;exurb&nbsp;of San Antonio with a growing manufacturing base. Earlier in July, H-One Co. Ltd. decided to expand its North American subsidiary KTH Texas, a&nbsp;specialist&nbsp;in high-performance automotive structural components, into Seguin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company has acquired 40 acres of land along the highway F.M. 78, near the northwest corner of IH-10 and Highway 46, where it will construct a 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manufacturing development is also expanding closer to San Antonio. In May, Toyota <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/toyota-plans-2b-san-antonio-expansion\/\">filed an application<\/a> at the Texas Comptroller\u2019s office to expand its San Antonio manufacturing plant, representing a $2 billion development. Estimated completion is set for 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another major manufacturing development in San Antonio is JCB\u2019s $500 million project.
