JLL Capital Markets&#8217; Net Lease Team, along with GA Group Real Estate, arranged the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The portfolio was acquired by an unidentified \u201cmarquee\u201d institutional real estate investor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The portfolio provides institutional investors with built-in risk mitigation through its geographically diverse, coast-to-coast, multi-state footprint and its reliable, long-term tenancy, according to JLL.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction reportedly marks a significant milestone in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/dollar-tree-to-sell-family-dollar-for-1b\/\">Family Dollar<\/a>&#8216;s continued growth and momentum.
